The best I've read. Denise actual gives you some stuff you can use. This is the only Sales Pitch book i have given an extra star to. So much of what is written is in - correct or extra wordy from a brain science point of view, but the exercises are useful. I loathe LOA and am trying to eliminate that term popularized by The Secret. I have at least one video on this at youtube.com/user/B29349 and forgiveness, shame, etc exercises. My exercises create "instant" brain changes. I will write new e Book, clear up these concepts.
