I have no energy to work, go out, and not even to read emails. What do I do?

Write the problems and then read to create afformations. Get moving - run walk fast or bike but, get moving. Listen to hisradio.org if you like.  Communicate  emotionally with your girl if you can. Let the start up fail faster. This happens. Changing  the world might take several tries. Write five things if you do better at work would help you improve. Then pick one each week to focus at work on breaks while eating one ingredient foods and meditating to classical music. Life is decisions and process any change is improvement.
